Role Playing Story is a 17+ platform by design. We publish stories that explore mature themes including graphic horror, strong language, and adult subject matter. This is intentional — we believe in creative freedom for adult audiences and we do not dilute our content to serve a broader demographic.
We will never produce content below PG-13 as a platform standard, and we will never explicitly target minors.
Our Rating System
Every published story carries an explicit content rating. The two active ratings are PG-13 and R. No story is published without a declared rating.

Always Prohibited
Regardless of rating, the following content is never permitted on this platform:
- Hate speech (racism, sexism, homophobia, or any targeted group hatred)
- Sexual content involving minors
- Real-world instructions for illegal activities or mass harm
- Content designed to incite real-world violence against specific individuals or groups

The table below lists all currently published stories, their ratings, and the specific reasons each rating was assigned. This table is updated as new stories are published.

How Content Is Generated
Stories are authored entirely by AI. Players direct the story by submitting short action inputs — the AI writes every page. This is user-directed AI storytelling, not user-generated content in the traditional sense. Players shape the story's direction; the AI authors the words.
All player action inputs are passed through content moderation before they influence the story. Inputs that violate the story's content rating or platform-level prohibitions are intercepted and redirected.
Age Enforcement
This app is distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store with a 17+ age rating. Apple's platform controls — including Family Sharing restrictions and App Store age gating — are the primary mechanism by which minors are prevented from accessing the app.
We do not collect date of birth or independently verify user age. By creating an account and using this app, users confirm they are 17 or older. Our Terms of Service explicitly prohibit use by anyone under 17.
We are exploring a separate app variant designed for younger audiences in the future. It would be a distinct product architecturally limited to age-appropriate content.
