Acid Bath Victim
Still going through it. Present tense, indefinitely.
ghost · Challenge rating 7
Still alive. Nobody has ended it yet.
Behavior
Relives the thing that created it in the presence of others — the touch transfers the experience rather than the substance. The dissolution is experiential. The flesh is metaphor. The pain is not metaphor.
Appearance
Still going through it. Present tense, indefinitely. The dissolution is ongoing and never completing, which is either the mechanism or the point.
Physical description
Human-shaped translucent apparition, life-size, perpetually mid-collapse. Skin and muscle appear wet and sliding, sheeting off bone in slow motion that never finishes falling. Surface glistens like melting wax, steam-thin vapor curling off exposed tissue. Face sags and re-forms in loops. Movements are jerking, involuntary spasms, arms half-dissolved and reaching.
