Barbed Wire Wraith
The wire tightens at the pace of a decision being made, not a reaction.
ghost · Challenge rating 7
Still alive. Nobody has ended it yet.
Behavior
Does not move efficiently. Moves the way something moves when it has time, when it knows the outcome, when speed would be beside the point. The wire tightens at the pace of a decision being made, not a reaction.
Appearance
Translucent where the wire is sparse and almost solid where it is not. The blood it produces is its own, endless, going nowhere in particular.
Physical description
A vaguely human-sized column of rusted barbed wire coiled into a loose humanoid shape, gaps in the coiling translucent and gray, denser knots near the torso opaque and solid. Dark blood beads and runs endlessly along the barbs without dripping off. Limbs tighten and rotate slowly, deliberate, never rushed.
