Is not a prisoner anymore — the hooks have become structural, the chains have become tools, and whatever was imprisoned in that body has renegotiated the terms of occupancy entirely in its own favor. It is very strong. It does not think about pain the way it used to think about pain.
Appearance
The hooks are through it in places that are not survivable by the logic you started this evening with. It is moving around on those hooks. Adjust your logic accordingly.
Physical description
Thickset humanoid zombie corpse, gray-mottled flesh split at joints. Multiple iron meat-hooks skewer torso, shoulder, and thigh at impossible angles, rusted chains looping between them like tendons. It braces and swings on the hooks to move rather than walking, using taut chain-lengths as levers. Wounds don't bleed; muscle bulges unnaturally where hooks anchor.
